Social Media Manager

Arthur Elliott Marketing Group is looking for an experienced social media manager to assist in developing engaging social content in collaboration with client and AEMG needs.

Position Responsibilities
  • Develop engaging social content in collaboration with client and AEMG needs – this includes copywriting and creative direction for content across multiple platforms
  • Draft content calendars for review and approval internally and by clients
  • Ideation, set-up, management, optimization and reporting on advertising campaigns within social ads managers
  • Publish content on social media channels, leveraging social media management (SMM) systems and marketing automation tools/software
  • Actively report, track and optimize performance of social media channels
  • Educate team members on social metrics and performance for proper communication with clients
  • Stay current on industry trends and educate team members
  • Develop one sheets, case studies and other content to assist in AEMG’s marketing of social management services
  • Timely management of page engagements to keep customer appreciation and client satisfaction high
  • Create new social profiles for clients and sync with appropriate SMM tools and internal documents
  • Track invoices and services provided to clients for appropriate billing
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once and prioritize timelines to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations
  • Work with creative teams to deliver unique, timely social content
Essential Skills
  • Proven writing technique and the ability to generate client specific content
  • Experienced social media and social media marketing understanding: channels, campaigns/paid social, community management, analytics, reporting and workflows
  • Aptitude in social media management tools/systems like Falcon and Hootsuite
  • Ability to manage content, review native analytics and use ad publishing tools in Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest and LinkedIn
  • Team player, collaborative and resourceful
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to be able to find and address questions quickly
  • Capable of meeting multiple deadlines with quick turnarounds
Preferred Qualifications
  • College degree in marketing, communications or related field or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years professional experience in social media and digital marketing
  • Social media management system experience and expertise
  • Experience implementing and managing paid social ad campaigns and determining best practices for clients
