A Customer Engagement Campaign.
National Gypsum is a nationwide company that sells drywall and interior finishing products. They needed to generate buzz around a new product and switch customers currently using their competitor’s brand.
We researched the building process and when and where potential customers would be on a particular job site. We chose certain cities that had high activity and better sales reps who would be on board. We then wrapped a truck, filled it with giveaways and paid a bilingual speaker to show up on job sites recommending they try the new product. We soon created buzz every time the ProForm truck came into a job site. One year we also included scratch and win cards that dictated which prize a customer got (if they submitted their data.)
