A Lennar Homes Campaign.

Lennar Homes is the largest home building company in the United States. The Charlotte division is the second highest in sales within the company. Lennar Charlotte covers the Charlotte area with over 40 communities in North and South Carolina.

Lennar Charlotte was looking for help marketing their Brookfield community to potential homebuyers. Sales were moving slower than they wanted due to the community location and lack of amenities that most of their other communities offer.

Our Strategy.

We created a community persona that resonated with homebuyers in the market, focusing on “Coming Home.” We highlighted features of the homes and emphasized the small-town feel with big city access to shopping, dining, entertainment and area attractions.

With this campaign, we used specific messages for our different targeted audiences: people living in apartments that were looking to ditch their rent and buy their first home and those people who were looking to move up to a new spacious home.
