Promote Charlotte communities to prospective buyers and increase home sales
We began by creating messaging that impacted consumer groups relevant to particular communities. We also began giving the communities personalities that would resonate with the potential home buyers. This strategy, along with a hyperlocal advertising approach through various channels has quickly increased leads for each community while decreasing the cost per lead.
