We’re looking for you — a client-facing, unique “Account Executive” with the organizational skills to manage a book of business and the passion to grow it! This position will work with a team of digital strategists, branding strategists, designers, traffic coordinators, and project managers to present strategic marketing programs that solve problems. The perfect candidate is a self-starter. They must be able to work with a team, manage a client, and “get it done.”

Position Responsibilities

  • Brainstorming, problem solving, and creatively thinking outside the box!
  • Proactive in identifying and addressing the needs of clients
  • Create and pitch proposals for new clients
  • Exhibit a growth mindset — look at challenges as opportunities
  • Willing to listen, learn, and be flexible in an ever-changing environment
  • Passion for personal growth, lifelong learning, and advanced education certifications, especially in the digital universe
  • Establish and deepen relationships with potential and existing customers to create upsell opportunities
  • Work with project managers and respective department teams to create the BEST results possible
  • Collect, analyze, and summarize information to report results to client
  • Show passion about the advertising industry
  • Value gratitude and be ready to contribute to overall agency by any means necessary

Position Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Management, or related field
  • 3+ years experience in sales, client management, digital advertising
  • 3+ years experience at a marketing agency or senior account management
  • Must have basic knowledge of Social platforms, DSP functionality, Paid Search, Online Video, and general digital ad functionality
  • Experience presenting, pitching new ideas, and providing campaign results to clients
  • Ability to work with a team
  • Ability to travel to client meetings
  • Outstanding organizational skills and the drive to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work flexible hours when needed
  • Attention to detail and follow-through
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Creativity and enthusiasm
