Social Media Specialist

Position Overview

Arthur Elliott is looking for an innovative individual with experience developing and executing effective social/digital advertising campaigns across various channels to drive measurable results. This role requires a deep understanding of performance marketing metrics, data analysis, and a strong ability to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for current social trends and a tactical mindset to deliver engaging content to target audiences.

Position Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive performance media strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on, but not limited to all Social Platforms.
  • Contribute to the best practices and ongoing growth of the Company’s tracking and data-oriented optimization of ad campaigns.
  • Supervise the accurate and timely launch of ads, as well as pacing of ad spend, and ensuring that client budgets are spent as evenly, fully, and as accurately as possible.
  • Guide the Company’s tracking efforts related to the depreciation of 3rd party tracking cookies, including Facebook’s Conversion API, integration of clients’ Google Analytics data, and new tools and tactics as they become available.
  • GTM management and pixel implementation experience is a plus.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including search, social, display, and video.
  • Conduct thorough research, trends and target audience analysis to identify high-performing opportunities.
  • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve results.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to identify trends, optimize bidding strategies, and improve ad targeting.
  • Prepare regular performance reports that provide insights into campaign success and areas for improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Advertising or Technology.
  • 3+ years of campaign management experience.
  • Proven proficiency with Facebook/Meta Ads and Business Manager.
  • Understanding of Permissions, Sharing, and various Meta/FB Settings.
  • Effectively strategize, build, launch, and pace Paid Social Ads to budget.
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for digital media and what drives performance.
